    • Agreement of 3 June 1993 on promotion and mutual protection of investments
    • Agreement of 21 November 1998 on visa-free travel
    • Agreement on the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of tax evasion with respect to income taxes, including the Protocol of 4 November 2012
    • Agreement of 22 May 2014 between the Government of the Republic of Poland and the Government of the Republic of Singapore on air transport

    Once signed by the European Commission and ratified by the European Parliament, Poland will be also part of the EU-Singapore Free Trade Agreement (EUSFTA). The investment protection part of the accord will enter into force once ratified by all Member States.
